A deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable in full 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 14 days prior to arrival the full amount is due and payable at the time of the booking.
If notice of cancellation is received in writing 21 days or more prior to arrival date a full refund will be refunded. Refunds will not be given for cancellations on Friday or Saturday night bookings during the ski season, unless the No snow Guarentee applies.
