BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Our cancellation and refund policy
- For Group bookings: a deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The balance invoice is payable in full 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival the full amount is due and payable at the time of the booking. if notice of cancellation is received in writing 60 days or more prior to arrival date, a refund will be offered excluding an administration fee of 10% of the total booking. If less than 30 days notice is given for a cancellation, all monies paid are forfeited.
- For individual bookings: A deposit is required at the time of a booking and is non- refundable. The balance invoice is payable in full 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 14 days prior to arrival the full amount is due and payable at the time of the booking. if notice of cancellation is received in writing 21 days or more prior to arrival date, a refund will be offered excluding an administration fee of 10% of the total booking.
- For All Bookings: If less than 15 days notice is given for a cancellation, all monies paid are forfeited.
- Refunds will not be given for Friday or Saturday night bookings
- No other refund will be made except as per the Snow Guarantee.
- Snow Guarantee - If there are fewer than five lifts operational due to a lack of snow three days prior to the commencement of your ski holiday you may choose to receive a full credit on a future ski holiday or full refund on all pre-paid accommodation and lift company products. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
